The World Needs Heroes (formally The World Needs Heroes, LLC) does not directly collect or store your personal information, however we use third party services to release our apps, display ads, and for analytics (which are rarely viewed, if we're going to be open about our setup here).

1. Where data may be collected:

All of the data you enter into the apps (including pictures taken) is stored locally on the device, and possibly in your own iCloud account. Either way, we do not have access to it.

2. How we use your information:

We occasionally monitor the analytics data in aggregate to see if the apps are performing as expected (crashes) and to see the graphs of installs.

3. Do we share your information with anyone else?

Only the companies collecting/storing the information being collected:
Apple - for apps released to the App Store
Google - for apps released to the Play Store, those showing AdMob ads, and the ones with Google or Firebase analytics

Aside from that, we do not give out or sell customer information to anyone.

4. How long is the information stored?

We do not store it, so the information storage limits are set by each of the external companies holding it. All analytics reports are viewed in the browser.

5. How do we keep your information safe?

We do not store any of your information, and we do not attribute any personally identifiable information to any of the analytics data. That keeps all of the storage security in the hands of Apple and Google at the moment.

6. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not market to minors. By using any of our apps, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Apps. That said, since all information is currently analytics data and none of it is personally identifiable, we would not know if a minor is using any of our apps.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. Any time we release a new app, we will also update this privacy policy with relevant information.

8. How can you contact us about this policy?

If you have questions or comments about this policy, you can email Jason: jason@theworldneedsheroes.com with the subject line "Privacy Concerns." We will respond promptly — within 45 days at the latest.

If you are resident in the European Economic Area and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
